    What you leave with

This is what you can show.

Where a career quiz ends, this begins. Not lessons you watched: things you made, rated, answered and decided.

    Already working

Grow in the role you have.

Tell Welica your role and your level now. It builds the climb to the next one: an honest map of where you stand, the skills that level asks for, and how to make your next review count.

    1. 1
      Take stock. Chapter 1, free.

Where you stand against what the next level expects, and the few places worth your focus. No score, no percentage.

    2. 2
The skills the next level asks for.

One chapter per group of skills. Short reads, then a fresh rating on each skill when the chapter ends. Your ratings, not a test.

    3. 3
      Be seen.

Who to learn from a level above you, and a first message ready to send.

    4. 4
      Make your review count.

The case for what you did, and an honest plan for what comes next, ready for your next conversation with your manager.

Moving to a new company for the step up? The interview and outreach chapters switch on.

Welica never promises the promotion. That belongs to your employer. It builds the case. When you get there, tell Welica and the climb starts again at the new level.

Inside a chapter, and inside a day

One to three weeks of real work, played one short step at a time.

Every chapter starts with a short read, runs as one session a day, and ends when you rate the skills from work you actually did. Then you pick the next one.

    The other half of ready

Employers hire for more than technical skills.

Most career platforms teach the technical skills of a role and stop there. Welica also builds the skills employers actually rank first, and the steadiness a months-long path needs.

    Privacy

    Three commitments.

AI is disclosed where it's used

We use AI where it sharpens your thinking, like feedback on a practice answer, and we tell you when it's involved.

We don't ask what we don't need

No date of birth, no demographic profiling, no questions designed to label you.

Your subscription is the business model

Your data isn't for sale. The app has no ad SDK, no ad identifiers and no cross-app tracking. On our website's download page a Meta pixel may help us measure our own ads. If you create an account as an adult after tapping one of our Meta ads, our server tells Meta that a sign-up happened, using that ad's click ID, your IP address, and browser and device information supplied by your browser, so we can measure the ad. We don't send your name, email, phone or anything you type. Where download-page measurement is available, you can control it on that page.

    A note from the founder

I built Welica because figuring out careers is hard, especially now, with AI quietly changing what comes next for all of us. This is honest guidance, something that respects who you are without pushing you to perform. Use Welica at your own pace. I hope it grows with you.

    Questions

    Things people often ask.

    What is a path?

Every role in Welica has a preparation path: the skills to build, projects that prove them, outreach to the people who hire, interview practice, and a monthly-reviewed read on where the field is heading. You work through it a little each day.

    Who is Welica for?

Young adults picking or preparing for a career, and people already in a role who want to climb to the next level in it. The experience is shaped by what you tell us at the start.

I'm already in the job. What does Welica do for me?

It builds the climb from your level to the next one in your role: an honest map of where you stand, the skills that level asks for, who to learn from, and how to make your next review count. It never promises the promotion; it builds your case for it.

Why does a career platform include life skills and wellbeing?

Because roles are not only technical. Employers rank communication, resilience, and self-awareness among the skills they hire for. And a path takes months to walk. The courses build the first set. The daily check-ins keep you steady for the rest. Careers are the spine. Life skills and wellbeing are how you stay on it.

    How do you use AI?

To track how AI is changing each role and field, and to give feedback on your practice answers. We tell you when it's involved. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Is the content updated as the world changes?

Yes. The career intelligence is reviewed monthly, and every screen that uses it shows its review date.

What devices does Welica run on?
